Excellent Model College for Teacher Education (popularly known as EMCTE), under the aegis of the Gopsai Avinandan Sangha, an educational society registered under West Bengal Societies Act XXVI, 1961 is a dynamic teacher education college located at Sat Bankura, in a remote area of Paschim Medinipur,West Bengat where educational infrastructure was minimal, when we started our journey in 2014.
